What is better cycling or using a treadmill?
I want to start cycling to school, everyday almost, there and back, roughly 3 miles each way. However, as i am trying to lose weight is it worth keeping my treadmill. I have always liked it as it is such a good way for losing weight, but i need some money for the bike. Does cycling only aid your legs, or will it help me shed weight as well? or should i try both – depending on time available. I am 18 years old and at school, always been a big lad, but slimming down, not enough though.
Thanks.
